When Reapit makes sense, and when it may not
We would rather you chose the right system than ours. Reapit is aimed at established agencies and groups. If you run many branches, have someone who looks after your systems, and need detailed reporting across a network, stay where you are or at least take a long look before moving. Foundation is not built for large multi-branch networks.
The picture changes for a smaller business. Reapit does not publish prices on its website, so working out what you would pay starts with a demo and a quote. For one office, that can mean a system sized for a bigger business than yours. If that sounds familiar, it is worth seeing what the alternative looks like before your next renewal.

How moving from Reapit works
Send us an export from your current system and we import your contacts, properties and tenancies for you. You check the result before you rely on it, and you can keep your old system running until you are happy, so there is no day when the office has nothing to work from.
Before you give notice, read your contract for the notice period and ask Reapit how you get a full export of your data. Do both early. Your Rightmove feed also has to move, and that needs your authorisation, so we plan that step with you rather than leaving it until the end.
How to switch CRM without losing your data
What it costs
The CRM starts on Growth at £49 a month, with sales, lettings and follow-ups. Signature, at £89 a month, adds portal feeds, social posts, local SEO, reports, invoicing and three logins. Extra logins are £10 a month each. There are no setup fees and no per-listing fees.
If you need Rightmove, that means Signature. Listings go out once your first payment has cleared, not during the free trial.
