One-click Rightmove and Zoopla feeds

Your whole live book exported in the exact format each portal's feed team expects: a "BLM" file for Rightmove, a feed URL for Zoopla. One click, no manual re-typing per listing, and the same record behind both so they cannot disagree. Each portal registers your branch on their side before the first listing can go across. We connect the feeds to your own Rightmove and Zoopla accounts when you join, usually within one to two business days. You keep your portal membership with them; we do the technical setup.

Branded PDF brochures

What exactly is a BLM file?

Rightmove's Branch Listing Management format. A plain-text feed portals and their Datafeed teams use to bulk-import or update your listings, instead of you typing each one in by hand.

Do I need a Rightmove Datafeed account to use it?

The export itself works regardless. Hand the .blm file to Rightmove's Datafeed team to get automatic uploads set up, or use it as a structured backup of your live book.

Is Zoopla included too?

Yes, on the same plan and at no extra cost. Both feeds come off the same property record, so a price change, a new photograph or a move to Under Offer goes to Rightmove, to Zoopla and to your own website from one place. You will not be updating the same house in three systems.

What's in a brochure PDF?

A four-page document: a full-bleed cover with the hero image, address, price and bed/bath badges; a description page with a photo grid; a key-features and garden page; and a final page carrying the floor plan, EPC chart, location and full property details. All carrying your agency's name, phone and colours.

Is this included in Foundation Signature, or extra?
