We keep this deliberately short, because Foundation genuinely uses very few cookies. Here's exactly what's set on foundationagent.co.uk and why.

Strictly necessary, not cookies at all

Keeping you signed in doesn't use a cookie on this site: your login session is held in your browser's local storage, not as a cookie, and is only ever sent to Foundation's own servers. It's essential for the service to work and can't be turned off without signing you out. Clearing your browser's site data will sign you out.

Analytics

foundationagent.co.uk itself does not set any analytics cookies and doesn't use Google Analytics or similar third-party trackers. Agency websites built on Foundation use a lightweight, cookie-free pageview counter to give agencies aggregate visit numbers. It stores no cookie, no visitor ID, and can't be used to identify or track an individual visitor, so it doesn't require cookie consent.

Payments

When you subscribe, you're taken to Stripe's own secure, hosted checkout page to enter your card details. That page is on Stripe's domain, not ours, and any cookies it sets are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie policies, not this one.

Managing cookies

Because we don't set optional cookies on this site, there's nothing to opt out of here. You can still control cookies generally through your browser settings, including for third-party sites like Stripe's checkout.

Changes

If that ever changes, for example, if we introduce first-party analytics in future. We'll update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
