Free trial
Try Foundation free for 7 days. No card needed.
Most estate agency software wants a demo and a quote before you can touch it. Foundation's plans have their prices on the website, and you can start a 7-day free trial without a card or a sales call. Use it with your own contacts and properties. If it is not for you, do nothing: the trial ends and you are not charged.

How the free trial works
- Pick a plan and create your account. A plain plan needs no card.
- You have 7 days. Your account opens straight away.
- We send a reminder two days before the trial ends.
- To carry on, add a card. Billing starts when the trial ends.
- To stop, do nothing. With no card on the account, the trial ends and nothing is charged.
What to try in your 7 days
Seven days goes quickly, so spend it on the work you do every week rather than on settings. On Growth, this order works well.
- Day 1: add your logo and colours, and bring in some contacts. You can import a CSV file.
- Day 2: add a live property with its photos and material information, and produce a brochure.
- Day 3: book a viewing, record the feedback and put an offer through to a memorandum of sale.
- Day 4: if you do lettings, set up a tenancy and see the compliance dates and rent book.
- Day 5: run a valuation with the HM Land Registry tool and see the lead land in the CRM.
- Day 6: use the iPhone or iPad app away from your desk.
- Day 7: decide. Keep it, or walk away.
Two exceptions to know about
Rightmove feeds do not go live during the trial. Portal publishing is on Signature, and listings go out once your first payment has cleared, because the portals certify our integration and a feed needs a paying agency behind it. You can still set up and try everything around it.
A card is taken up front for a founding price or for anything billed on the day, such as a discounted website build. Those are offers rather than trials, and the checkout tells you what is due before you pay.
Which plan to trial
Growth, at £49 a month, is the one most agencies should start with. It has the full sales and lettings CRM and follow-ups. Essentials, at £29 a month, is for agencies that already have a CRM and want the valuation tool, calculators and buyer and tenant register. Signature, at £89 a month, adds portal feeds, social posts, local SEO, reports, invoicing and three logins.
You can move between plans later, up or down, from your dashboard.
Not ready to sign up?
There is a live demo you can open with no account at all. It is a working agency with sample properties and contacts, so you can click around the real screens before deciding whether to start your trial.
If you want to talk to somebody first, book a demo and we will walk you through it. And if you are coming from another CRM, send us an export and we import your contacts, properties and tenancies for you.
After the trial
There are no setup fees, no per-listing fees and no contract. Pay monthly or yearly and cancel from Settings. Your data stays yours: you can export it as CSV at any time, including during the trial, so trying Foundation does not tie you to it.
Questions agents ask
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No, not on a plain plan. A card is only taken up front for a founding price or something billed on the day, such as a discounted website build.
What happens when the 7 days end?
If you added a card, your plan carries on and billing starts. If you did not, the trial ends and nothing is charged. We remind you two days before.
Will I be charged if I forget?
Not if there is no card on the account. With no card, the trial simply ends. If you did add a card and do not want to carry on, cancel from Settings before it ends.
Is there free estate agent software?
Foundation is not free after the trial, but the 7 days are, with no card, and the live demo needs no sign-up. Plans then start at £29 a month, and the CRM at £49.
Can I send listings to Rightmove during the trial?
No. Portal publishing is on Signature, and listings go out once your first payment has cleared.
Can I import my contacts during the trial?
Yes. You can import a CSV of your contacts yourself, or send us an export from your current system.
