   `optional` for Foundation's OWN marketing faces, Archivo and IBM Plex
   Mono. `optional` gives the font about 100ms to arrive and then commits
   to whatever it has for the rest of that page load: no swap, so no shift,
   ever. The cost is that a first visit on a slow connection is rendered in
   the fallback and only gets Archivo from the second page on, once it is
   cached. That is Foundation's own shop window to spend, not a customer's.

   It is only tolerable because the fallbacks in index.css are metric
   matched: a visitor who misses the window gets Arial at Archivo's
   measurements, which is a different texture rather than a different
